And remember, all instruments have a 72-hour "love it or return it" approval period, so if for whatever reason you are not totally satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship, tone or style, you can return your guitar (in perfect condition) for a full refund (less shipping, which is approximately $50 for domestic orders.) All guitars returned after the approval period will be subject to a restocking fee.
**PLEASE NOTE: FOR SUPER CUSTOM ITEMS (ANYTHING THAT FALLS OUT OF THE SCOPE OF A STOCK BUILD), SUCH AS SPECIAL BODY SHAPE, SPECIAL WIRING, SPECIAL PARTS, SPECIAL SPECS - THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE EVEN UNDER THE LOVE IT OR RETURN IT POLICY.
*IMPORTANT REPAIR INFO: There is a minimum bench charge of $135 for any instrument that hits the Asher workbench (with the exception of Asher warranty work and any work for small children). If you want Bill Asher to assess, trouble shoot, evaluate, slightly tweak, look at, or give his opinion about your instrument, there will be a minimum bench charge of $135. No exceptions.

Well, we are hoping our LOVE IT OR RETURN IT policy will help ease you a bit.
All Asher instruments are subject to a 72-hour approval period by customers. We want to give you time to inspect the instrument for quality, craftsmanship and sound. Play it in your home through your rig, show it to your friends. If you are not totally satisfied with your Asher guitar, a full refund will be given as long as the instrument is returned in the EXACT same condition as when received. The customer, however, is responsible for ALL shipping charges.
*IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT CUSTOM BUILDS - CAN I GET A REFUND? Yes, you can, if it falls under our LOVE IT OR RETURN it approval period however you will not be refunded the required deposit of $1000, even under the LOVE IT OR RETURN IT POLICY. Customer will pay for return shipping. Please email us if you want to return an item and get a refund.

Custom orders are guitars that were ordered to YOUR spec - including anything super custom or special (non stock) regarding the fundamental design and details of the guitar. This includes, but is not limited to: adjustments in neck or body shape, inlay, color, finishes, electronics, binding, wood, hardware, artwork, etching, and the like. Return fees will cover the cost of time, labor, raw materials and any efforts that have been spent on initiating the custom instrument. Plus, we will be stuck with a custom instrument that may or may not be appealing to someone else when we try to sell it.
*ALSO IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT CUSTOM BUILDS: If your guitar is "close" to being stock, we can refund your money, less the non-refundable $1000 deposit, after the guitar has been sold to someone else. The determination of whether your guitar is totally custom, or somewhat stock - which determines whether your some payments can be refunded - is at the discretion of Bill or Jessica Asher. This applies to all customer order builds no matter what stage of production the guitar is in.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also welcome Paypal. All payments must be cleared before they are shipped to the customer.
ALL ASHER INSTRUMENTS ARE HANDLED AND PACKED WITH THE UTMOST CARE! WE LOVE THE INSTRUMENTS WE MAKE AND WANT YOU TO LOVE THEM TOO, SO IT MAKES SENSE THAT WE DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO MAKE SURE YOUR INSTRUMENT ARRIVES SAFELY!

Come one, come all! We welcome international orders. Depending on your country, shipping and insurance methods may vary. Orders may be paid for by major credit card or bank wire transfer - contact us for credit card or wiring instructions.
GUARANTEES & RETURNS:
All Asher instruments are subject to a 72-hour approval period by customers. We want to give you time to inspect the instrument for quality, craftsmanship and sound. Play it in your home, show it to your friends. If you are not totally satisfied with your ASHER, a full refund will be given as long as the instrument is returned in the EXACT same condition as when received, and if it is returned (or at least initiated by contacting us), within the approval period. The customer, however, is responsible for ALL shipping charges.
After the 72-hour evaluation period and up until thirty days from the date of receipt of the product the unit may be still be returned but will be subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee for guitar purchased finished from our online store. After thirty days has elapsed from the date of receipt, Asher Guitars will no longer accept the product for return or for any reason other than repair. After thirty days the customer owns the unit. Returns for custom order guitars, or guitars that you have ordered from us to make for you, please read "Important Info About Custom Builds - Can I Get a Refund?"
**THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS UNDER THE LOVE IT OR RETURN IT POLICY - YOU WILL NOT GET A FULL REFUND FOR CUSTOM GUITARS, AND EVEN SOME STOCK GUITARS - IF REQUESTED TO BE BUILT BY YOU - MAY NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. IT IS AT THE DISCRETION OF ASHER GUITARS.
RETURNS FOR OTHER ITEMS such as strings, straps, steel bars, pickups, and other parts and accessories may be returned if they are in the original undamaged packaging and in re-sellable condition. You must contact us within 30 days after purchase to initiate a return - after 30 days the item is yours. Customer will pay for return shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee. The refund will be given after the item is received and evaluated.
CALIFORNIA SALES TAX:
Applicable sales tax will be added only to orders placed from or received from within California.
